44 Johnson Street Culvert Replacement

This project will study and upgrade the culvert crossing at Johnson Street between Johnson Lane and Denmark Street. This crossing has had a history of backing up and overflowing onto the roadway and into nearby homes. The downstream side of the culvert is also in need of regarding due to the scour and erosion caused by moving stormwater. This project will also regrade and install energy dissipators to limit the erosion and scour. Project cost approximately $300,000 for construction from the Stormwater funds
