The Annual Budget is prepared by the joint efforts of the Finance Department and the City Manager and approved by the City Council.  The City has received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award every year since 2004.  To view the reports, you must have a PDF software program to open the file.  Some files are large and require a few minutes to download.
