During the holiday season, demand on the postal service increases substantially. As such, some of our utility customers may have not received their latest bill in the mail yet. Statesboro utility customers can check their balance or pay their bill through the following methods:
– In-person at City Hall between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
– City Hall drive-thru between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
– City Hall dropboxes at front porch, drive-thru, & back parking lot
